Many people suffer from anxiety. You are not alone. My approach is to first look at the underlying cause. Often we think we know why we are anxious in the moment, but don’t realize that we have spent a lifetime cultivating unhelpful and potentially damaging thought processes to help us avoid or ignore the real source of our anxiety. My goal during our work together is to address the underlying issue and begin to implement tools to help address your concerns head-on. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques to help reframe thoughts and acknowledge negative patterns of thinking.
